We will bill your dental insurance for you, however your estimated portion is due at the time of service.
By collecting your insurance information prior to your first visit we are able to give you the most up to date information on your covered services. This will allow us to help maximize your insurance benefit.
New patients: Please call ahead or bring all of your insurance information with you on your first visit. We will be unable to bill your services to your insurance unless you do. Should you have any change in insurance, please inform the practice before your appointment or any services rendered.
